At SourceryHub, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain products may have specific return restrictions, which will be clearly noted on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to your order history
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Click "Request Return" and follow the prompts to select items and reason for return
  4. Print the prepaid return shipping label provided
  5. Package your items securely and attach the return label
  6. Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location

Return Shipping Costs

Free Returns: We provide free return shipping labels for most returns within the continental United States.

International Returns: For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

For defective items, we will expedite the replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Health and personal care items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite the process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing delays may occur)

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
